“The Faculty of Art and Design at Jan Evangelista Purkyně University has striven to focus this project with a view to achieving a comprehensive thematic approach to what is at present apparently the largest socially excluded locality in the whole Ústí nad Labem region: the district of Předlice, and approximating an analysis of the mechanisms governing its operation.
