Discussion about the Future of our faculty.
We are going to talk about for example those topics – How did the original ideas of the art faculty in Ústí and Labem change over time? How have the changes in society over the last 25 years been reflected in the life of the faculty and how can we respond to them? Which artistic and social themes and values are we interested in? What do we want to our art faculty look like?
Dean of FUD doc. Pavel Mrkus and President of the Academic Senate Tomáš Pavlíček invite you to a discussion forum focused on the Future of the Faculty of Art and Design of the University of J. E. Purkyně in Ústí nad Labem, which will be held on Thursday, March 14, at 2 pm, at No. 537.
In connection with the 25th anniversary of the art studies at FUD and the newly-accredited baccalaureate and doctoral program accreditation, we are taking the opportunity to redefine the vision of our faculty for the next period.
Therefore, we invite all members of the faculty academy as well as specialists to discuss the current and future challenges and themes that will help us to redefine our position on the map of high arts education in Central Europe.
