According to the schedule of FAD UJEP for the academic year 2023/2024, 4 October 2023, is the deadline for submitting the mandatory topics for Bachelor’s and Master’s theses into STAG system.

By that day, the graduate is required to fill out the submission documents in the STAG system (after logging into STAG – click on “Qualificication Works” – select the form “Fill out the documents for the submission of Bachelor’s/Master’s thesis”). 

Afterwards, the submission documents will be approved by the thesis supervisor. Changes to the topic of the Bachelor’s/Master’s thesis can be only made in justified cases, based on a written request from the student with a recommendation from the thesis supervisor and the approval of the Dean of the faculty.
