The Faculty of Art and Design announces the Selection Procedure for study stays and practical internships in the Erasmus+ program in the summer semester of the academic year 2026/27.
The selection procedure for study stays and practical internships in the Erasmus+ program will take place in the 1st round at FUD, followed by the 2nd round of the selection procedure within UJEP.
Applications are submitted online from 8.10. to 21.10.2026. Students apply via the IS/STAG portal:
ECTS Mobility » Mobility » Semester and Institution Selection / Study Stay / Internship » Mobility Application – fill in the “mandatory required information” and upload the “mandatory required documents” Students will download, fill in, sign, scan and upload the necessary documents to their mobility application in STAG.

- Learning Agreement for Traineeships signed by the student, a foreign institution and the faculty coordinator. The contract must be uploaded to the application form in STAG by 30.11.2026 here
- Mentor Provisions must also be uploaded to the application in STAG by 30.11.2026 here
Students selected for practical internships send their study contracts to foreign employers themselves. By 30.11.2026, they will have to upload them confirmed by the foreign employer and the faculty coordinator together with the Mentor Provisions to their IS/STAG mobility application.
After the announcement of the results of the ERASMUS+ selection procedure at UJEP, the final selection procedure for the partner institution abroad will follow for successful applicants – for more information, specific conditions of the selection procedure and the application deadlines themselves, it is recommended for applicants to follow the information on the website of the selected foreign school. Successful completion of the selection procedure and submission of applications does not guarantee participation in the Erasmus+ programme for students. It will depend on the number of applicants, the amount of funds available to UJEP within the relevant student mobility project, and the admission of students by foreign institutions.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- active involvement in ESN Usti is an advantage
- language skills appropriate to the selected institution and destination
- Grade (study average), relevant field of study, specialization (e.g. BP, DP)
- Portfolio quality (taken into account due to the conditions of the beneficiary partner institution)
- Possibility of mobility in the 1st year of study
