Due to the planned painting of the building, we kindly request the heads of studios and students to remove all objects (furniture, artworks, promotional materials, etc.) from the corridors, entrance area, and main staircase. Please remove everything from the floor and walls. Use the studio spaces for storage. Please complete this by Friday 30 June.

The graduation ceremony of the BACHELOR’S, MASTER’S, and DOCTORAL degree programs of the Faculty of Art and Design will take place on Thursday 29 June 2023, in the cinema hall of the House of Culture (Kulturní dům) in Ústí nad Labem (each student can be accompanied by a maximum of 4 guests).

From Monday 12 June 2023, there will be restricted access to the FUD building due to damp wall remediation works.

You are invited to the FUD Ball, a costume party with live bands and DJs providing music for your entertainment and dancing. 
Tickets can be purchased at the FUD offices 325 and 330, or at the venue before the event. 

Since 1994, a stone working course for students of FUD UJEP has been taking place every September in Hořice in the Podkrkonoší region. The course is organized by the Spatial Creation Studio and this year it will be led by Semecká and Miroslav Lörincz at the quarry near Sv. Josef, a place with a unique atmosphere of sculptural symposia.

This time, we have prepared a podcast for you as a purely student special, which is in every way our most cheerful work. We will take you behind the scenes of the creation of graduation projects and the exhibition of Bachelor’s and Master’s theses.

You are invited to the exhibition of the final works of FUD UJEP students. The vernissage of the exhibition will take place on June 22nd at 6 PM directly at FUD UJEP. Bring your tents with you.

The Faculty of Art and Design cordially invites you to the Před→Dernisáž, marking the conclusion of the exhibition of bachelor’s projects at FUD UJEP. The event includes a guided tour of the exhibited artworks and a musical program.

You are cordially invited to the Art Book Fair, which will take place as a accompanying program to the Caught in Words exhibition. The event will feature the sale of art books by students of FUD UJEP, as well as various catalogs and books focused on visual arts. The event will be held on 15 June from 2 PM to 7 PM at Ústí nad Labem House of Art.

Applications to participate in the 10th anniversary edition of Czech Design Week are open until 15 June 2023. The festival will take place at the Mánes Exhibition Hall in Prague (Výstavní síň Mánes).

We invite you to the Symbiosis exhibition at the Galerie kritiků. The exhibition features the participation of Zdena Kolečková, the Dean of the Faculty of Art and Design at UJEP, as well as the lecturer Jan Prošek.
